The edifice where the hotel is housed was restored under the strict
ordinance of the Fine Arts Commission and is preserved as a historic
monument. Its facade shows traces of graffiti representing the "Triumph

The Palazzo Medici dal Borgo - Hotel Aprile is sponsor of the
Brancacci Chapel where the world famous frescoes by Masaccio and
Masolino can be seen. An exclusive feature of the hotel is being careful to arts and culture. Three evenings a week a professor of the University of Florence offers a complimentary lecture on the art and history of the city. We offer assistance in organizing your visits to the city and to the other famous Tuscan towns (Chianti area is easy reachable from Florence). On request we book museum and exhibition tickets (according to the availability). |
